In this course we will be going over the History of the company, Our Teams, Who our Team Leaders are, Our Brands(Websites) & The Channels we use.
We will also dive into our first system, our CRM. We will first go over how to create Dashlets and Tabs which will help you organize your day.
We then will cover a few basics such as, How to look up a customer, How to create a profile & How to assign a representative to that profile/task/lead.
