In todays lesson we will begin by reviewing what we have learned so far!
By now we have learned about the company, who we are, our websites, channels and how to create a view basic things in the CRM. (Tasks, Logging calls, Creating leads & Emailing with attachments.)
New for today, we will be learning how to search for documents, use filters, search & run reports.

CRM - Search & Run Reports

In this section your Trainer/Customer Service Manager will do a live presentation to teach you how to Search & Run Reports. These will help you determine several things such as, how many calls you have logged today or this week, how many emails you have sent, how many cases are open and or closed., etc.
This will tie in using the filters you previously learned to run search for these items.

CRM - How to use Filters

In this section your Trainer/Customer Service Manager will do a live presentation and teach you how to use filters to search the CRM.
Each of the filters are built a little bit different based off of the category you are searching. This will quickly help you locate specific items you are looking for.
