  Reminder to everyone in sales.    Tent quotes are required to be sent with fire certificate, instructions, shipping information and videos if avalible.   I have allready looked at 5 quotes this morning lacking this information.

  PER KIM - Hi everyone.. I am updating our process document and huddle notes for tomorrow but please read Mark Slater's email.  All 30 wide and 40 wide Frame Tents that ship West of Colorado must ship dedicated truck.  Mark has shared some estimates but we will be working with dedicated freight rates so you cannot use the website of AFS to quote this.  If you are shipping a frame tent to the West Coast please note to get a dedicated truck quote.  We cannot successfully ship 30 wide and 40 wide tents to the west coast LTL.

• URGENT SHIPPING NOTICE

  It was discussed several time that becasue of issues with lost bundles we do not ship tents to the west coast unless they are a partial or full trucklod rate quoted by the shipping office.   As an example, currently rates to the West Coiast are 2.00/3.00 per mile,    Buffalo to California is a $4500/6000.00 lane.  
  Paid invoices that are quoted incorrectly may be cancelled if the margin is to low.   If you have any questions about this please adress to [email protected] for more information

  We will have 100 20 x 30 premium west coat frame tents avalible for delivery by the end of the month.   Our existing tent is 3599.99,  These will be under a different SKU, We are working on creating it now,  PTD-FW23WY.  These tents will be 4299.99.      If a custumer asks why the difference in price let them know that expedited production and air freight costs make up the 600.00 increase.    These 100 tops are being air freighted at a cost of 60,000.00
  We will still have the  BT-FW23WT for 3599.99 for custumers who can wait until Container shipments come in.    20 x 30  3599.99 tents may ship in a container by the end of September and be avalible for Delivery End of November.
